Time for the next Runway Inspired Challenge! This week we have the most gorgeous dress ever! I love these sheer polka dots. I went round and round about how to approach this. Somehow in the wee hours of the night this idea of hanging strands of dotted garland came to me.
I just used my tiny circle punches, some glue and some thread. Sentiment is from my beloved Good Times set by Mama Elephant.
