Hi there! I’m back with Papertrey Ink for our first group post featuring the Monthly Moments: December collection. This collection will be available on December 15th in the Papertrey Ink store. This month’s kit is another beautiful one and perfect for the holiday season.I used the Journal Card 7 die to layer Hawaiian Shores cardstock and pattern paper from the Sparkle & Shine paper pack. I also used the December die as well as the cute little snowflake dies that are all part of this Month’s collection and added a little Wink of Stella to them…not sure if you can see it in the photo.
Check out what the rest of the team created using the Monthly Moments: December collection.

Have you seen the new release over at Simon Says Stamp? Oh my word…totally awesome! I love shaker cards and these are so retro and fabulous! I could not wait to play with these dies. My first card features the TV Shaker die.
I mean, how cool is this? I added some of the beads that come in the Shaker Shack Bead pack. Lately, I’ve been going around saying “Shaker Shack Bead pack” over and over until my kids roll their eyes:) Good times.
Next is the Gumball Shaker die. Oh my lovely rainbow gumballs! This is so fun. I kid you not. I cranked that gumball die 24 times to get all those pretty colors….24! I was in the zone.
Emma ALWAYS begs for a quarter to get a gumball. Of course she cries if she doesn’t get the pink one, but then she finally calms down and chews her white one. Seriously, who wants a white gumball? Anyways, I wish they made gumballs that didn’t turn into cement within 30 seconds after chewing them.
Be sure and check out the entire Shake It Up release. It’s fun for all ages! Thanks so much for shaking by, I mean, stopping:)
Hi there! Today I’m back again with Newton’s Nook for their Deck the Halls with Inky Paws blog hop.I used the Beautiful Blizzard stamp set to create my background. After embossing it in clear, I used ink blenders & various Simon Says Stamp inks to add lots of color.
The snowman & sentiment are from the Frozen Friends stamp set. I just adore these snowman images. I added polkadots to the hat using a Signo White gel pen. Make sure and check out the Newton’s Nook blog to see more fabulous inspiration from their amazing team and guest designers. Thanks so much for stopping by!
Hello again! Just popping in to share a project that’s up on the Mama Elephant blog featuring the Balloon Letters stamp set as well as the coordinating Balloons Et Cetera set.I combined it with the cute boy from In My Heart to create this adorable love note.
Here’s a little video to show you how I created my card.

Hi there! Today I have the please of being a featured guest on the Newton’s Nook blog as part of their Deck the Halls with Inky Paws week. My card features the adorable Frozen Friends stamp set.
I don’t know what it is, but I love images that have super fine lines & details like these snowmen have. I used a little masking to take a hat from another image and put it on the larger snowman. He asked me, when no one was looking, if I would give him a colorful hat. So I did:)

Today is a special day. I’m very happy to be joining with so many in this wonderful paper crafting community to honor and give thanks to all those who have helped to bring us our beloved Paper Crafts & Scrapbooking Magazine. If you’re following the hop then you should have arrived here from Sarah Martina Parker’s blog. If you would like to start at the beginning of the hop, head over to Jennifer McGuire’s blog.
I feel as though I cut my teeth on Paper Crafts Magazine. Ever since that one fine day when I received my very first email from the lovely Susan….I’ve been hooked. I lived for the publication calls, the challenges, the contests, and don’t forget about the amazing prizes, but the relationships are truly what I’ll remember the most.
A very special thank you to Jennifer, Susan, Stacy, Kerri, and Holly, Matt and Melinda for your hard work & dedication to bring us a top-notch, on-trend publication month after month. I wish you all only the best and most happiest of days ahead! I’ll always smile when I think of you♥
Your next stop on the hop is the lovely & talented Lori Barnett.
