Time for the next Runway Inspired Challenge. It’s hard to believe that it’s our 35th challenge already.
I wanted to focus on the fine stripes with minimal bright yellow, pink and red accents.
The “enjoy” is by Ali Edwards. It was a freebie cut file that I downloaded a while back, and now I can’t find the source?? The stripes were stamped with the Pinstripes Background stamp by Hero Arts.
This week’s winner will win a prize from Simon Says Stamp. Check out what rest of the team came up with:
Virginia / Nina / Wida / Jen / Pamela / Tasnim
Thanks for stopping by!

Neat & Tangled May Release
I’m super excited to be joining Neat & Tangled as their guest designer for the month of May. Today’s project features the Sparkle & Shine set. As soon as I saw this set, I knew I had to use my neon glitter. I’ve been saving(hoarding) this glitter that I bought in the kid’s isle of Micheal’s for months, waiting for the right time to unleash it’s beauty:)
I adhered strips of 1/4″ score tape on an angle. It was really simple to apply the glitter, although I’m not gonna lie, glitter was everywhere, BUT, it was neon glitter, so it’s all good:)
I love this handwritten sentiment. There more to see plus a giveaway over on the Neat & Tangled blog. I’ll be back tomorrow with another fun project. Thanks for stopping by!

Simon Says Stamp cards
So sorry to bombard you with posts today, but I just have one last post in April to share some Simon Says Stamp goodies that are too good to wait ’till May.
I absolutely adore the negative space that’s left with these tiny hearts. It’s too good to be true that one single pass through my Big Shot with this die could produce such amazing results. I embossed the sentiment in white.
Next, I cropped this adorable whale from the Kelly Purkey set onto the side of the card. I can NEVER resist any opportunity to adhere a googly eye.
Thanks so much for stopping by. See you in May, folks!

Clear & Simple Stamps~group post
Today I’m joining with Clear & Simple Stamps for their group post. We are celebrating our favorite products.
That picture of me above is when I received my very first design team package. I was so excited. I put the T-shirt on right away and had someone take my picture, and then my daughter, of course, photo bombs it. Clear & Simple was my very first design team and one that will always be close to my heart. This is my last post with them, although I’m certain it’s not my last post using their products. Thank you so much to Nikki, Renee and all the talented ladies on the team for being such wonderful people to work with♥
Now, onto the cards…..
This first card uses the tiny heart die from the Build-a-Critter owl/kitty die set. I have worn the metal coating right off of that tiny little heart die because I’ve used it so much. It’s just the perfect size to add a little heart to so many projects. Here I made a strand of garland. The sentiment is from the Love Cupid set.
Next is my beloved Create-a-Plaid large set. It’s just heaven in polymer form, I tell ya.
I masked off the really thick stripes and blended the ink in, but the rest is all stamped. I didn’t want anything to take away from the plaid so I did a simple die cut sentiment using the Lowercase alpha dies.
Check out what the rest of the design team created using their favorite Clear & Simple Stamps products:

Runway Inspired Challenge Baby Shower
It’s a baby shower!!! Today we’re celebrating our teammate Aga and the arrival of her precious new baby girl, Helena. Wishing you all the best, Aga♥

This week’s inspiration photo is SO Aga! Here’ s what I came up with:
I used this Silhouette cut file to create the elephant card and this one to create the bow. I knew I wanted the finest little polka dots, so here’s how I did that:
This week’s prize is a fun one. The winner gets to be our guest designer. Check out what the rest of the team came up with:

The Wonder of Watercolor Challenge
Today is my final post for my April guest design spot with i(heart)papers. I’ve had a blast working with all the fabulous products that i(heart)papers carries.
I’m also entering this card into the Watercolor Challenge over at Moxie Fab World. I used my watercolors to create this simple rainbow strip. Then I embossed the sentiment in white over top. The sentiment is from the Darling Sentiments set by Hero Arts. Thanks so much for stopping by!

a dude card & a winner
First up…a dude card:) Not just any dude card. This Dude stamp set was designed by “the Teri Anderson” for Technique Tuesday. I’m featuring it here for my i(heart)papers guest spot.
I had the great pleasure of meeting Teri at a crafty retreat this past month. She was incredibly kind, genuine and of course talented, which is why I bought this cute little set. It reminds me of her and her fun & trendy style. I just used several nesting circle dies to layer up to the sentiment.
Next up is a Paper Smooches blog hop winner…..
Congratulations beaumama!!! I will be contacting you about your Paper Smooches prize:)

shoot for the stars
Just sharing a Jane’s Doodles card today using the Space set. I embossed the stars in gold and tried my hand at some DIY washi feathers. It’s so easy to do. Here’s a tutorial that I used. Enjoy your Friday:)

I used the new Digits stamp set on these cards, which is perfect for making personalized birthday cards. The angled washi tape in neon colors is “totes adorbs”, says my 12yr. old:) I also used the new Slang Gang set on both of these cards. I’m in love with this set. It’s full of hilarious and trendy sayings.

Here’s one for the little dudes in your life. The little monster came from the Little Fella set. I asked my Charlie what he thought of this card. Here’s his reply: “It’s fine.” You can always count on Charlie for enthusiasm.
