3-D balloon

Here’s a card that I made a while back.  I saw this idea on Lauren Meader’s blog atleast two years ago, I think.  Why it took me that long to actually try it is just plain craziness!!  She has a great tutorial explaining how to make these 3-D balloons.  That’s all for today, thanks for looking:)
