delicious colors indeed …….great card and kit!

  4. Beautiful washes of color using Festive Berries! I love the layers you created using patterned paper. I’m really looking forward to receiving my February card kit. Another great card Laura! Thanks.

  5. OH my gosh you crack me up!!!! “..are you pickin’ up what I’m puttin’ down?” ROFL. Just adore you Laura!!!! Thanks for the giggle and the card is GAWWWWGOOOUUUUSSS!!!! Makes me wanna run and water color.. like right now!!!

  6. Love your card. By far the best card I have seen with the Feb. kit. I like your patterned paper choice too. I have never seen gelatos used before, I have seen then on supply lists and never thought about buying any cause I didn’t know how to use them. Always love your videos and humor too. : )

  7. Love the card and video. I’m always so frugal with patterned paper that I love. Before I assemble a layered card, I die cut a tag or rectangle from the center of the paper that’s covered since it’s hidden anyway. Then I use the die cut on another project.

  8. Oh, Laura! This is truly gorgeous! I was worried that the rub on would have trouble on the textured watercolor paper. Your cards always amaze me! β™‘

  9. Such a pretty card! I really like that background multi-colored patterned paper!! Thanks for showing how to use Gelatos – they’re a new thing for me too…and I’ve already done the Googling thing to see how in the world to use them. πŸ™‚

  10. Kudos to SSS for getting us all on the Gelatos band-wagon! I love seeing how you played with the gold Gelato, and that they are compatible with my beloved Distress Inks… I wasn’t too impressed with this kit until I saw your card, Laura. Now I needs it! Bad, enabling girl!

  11. Love that this card is so fast and pretty. Love the February card kit, and also, like others, love your videos.

  12. Such a L O V E ly valentine. I especially like the layered patterned papers. Your watercoloring….awesome. The red color looks like a capital “L”. For LOVE!!!!

  13. I totally love the look of that watercolouring Laura. So fresh! Thanks for inspiring me to get out my gold gelato which hasn’t seen the light of day for 6 months – oooops!!

  14. I usually return to watch your videos several times: #1 because of wanting to learn your techniques #2 because you make great cards # 3 because you make all of this so much fun.
Thank you for your laughter and humor – and your talent.

  15. Love this! So Fun with the mason jar clip.

Couple of questions…does the gelato wash smear when dry? Rather than using the transfers, can you stamp over it?

  16. Swoon……………..the watercolors are fantastic — Love this technique and LOVE how it always turns our perfectly for you! Off to watch the video next, so I can watch and see that you say that will have me smiling today….LOVE your fabulous personality….Hugs!!!
