Mama Elephant-Merci

This is my second post today. For the Simon Says Stamp Better Together Release Hop, please scroll down.
Hello there! I’m back again with Mama Elephant highlighting the beautiful Merci stamp set. Seriously, this is such a drop dead gorgeous sentiment set. I just love it so much.
Mama Elephant-MerciI didn’t want to try and compete with this beautiful handwritten font, so I just kept it really simple and did a little multi-colored “smooshing” using some distress inks on watercolor cardstock. I popped the front panel up on Fog cardstock and added a silk ribbon bow to finish it off.
Mama Elephant-MerciMake sure and check out the Mama Elephant blog to see more with this awesome new sentiment set.

In other news….have you heard about the newest Online Card Class, Clean & Simple Cardmaking 4, starting on Monday?
CS4_sneakHere’s a little bit about the class:

Ever try a technique that ended up feeling just too complicated to use on a card (or worse multiple cards)? We’ve all been there! Happily, Online Card Classes is ready to help us take on that challenge with a little technique know-how!

Online Card Class instructors Kristina Werner, Jennifer McGuire, and Julie Ebersole are here Clean & Simple Card Making 4: Techniques Made Simple  In this all-video class, they’ll be sharing ideas for embossing, die cutting, and more… all with a Clean & Simple twist that will make the techniques more approachable and useable than ever. And guess what? I’m one of the guest artists in this class! How fun is that?

And now, one of you has the opportunity to attend Clean & Simple 4 for free! That’s right—I get to give away one spot in this fantastic class. Just leave a comment on this post by Sunday, January 25th to be eligible! Class starts on Monday, January 26, 2015. Hope to see you there!

Thanks for stopping by!
