Hex Chart Video Bloghop

HexChartHopSQHello! Today I’m excited to be joining several talented ladies to help promote our dear friend & Copic coloring extraordinaire, Sandy Allnock and her brand spankin’ new Hex Chart. Sandy has been working on this for a long time, and she has done a wonderful job of organizing the colors in a way that anyone can understand. It is a must-have reference for the Copic lover.SSS-Artful FlowersI’ve created a simple card using the Artful Flower stamp set by Simon Says Stamp. There was a lot of stamping, masking & Copic coloring involved and a little bit of Liquid Pearls in Opal to finish off the centers of the flowers.
SSS-Artful FlowersSandy’s Hex Chart is very helpful in finding the colors that go together and also to see what markers that I really want to purchase. Sometimes I get stuck in a rut using the same colors over and over, and I think this might help me to experiment with some new combinations, especially for hair and skin tones. I should also mention, if you are looking to learn some invaluable secrets from the master, Sandy shares her wealth of knowledge about Copic coloring in the Copic Markers for Cardmakers class.
SSS-Artful FlowersHere’s a little video to show you how I created my card.

Five people purchasing the Hex Chart Bundle on or before May 10th will be randomly selected to win a hand-colored chart! Make sure and check out Sandy Allnock’s blog for more information.

Here is the blog hop order:

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Love it – but like you, I’m kind of whimpering because I don’t have as many as I thought I did! This chart will be a lot of help as I fill in those gaps, tho – thanks for the info and the pretty card – you always make me smile!

  36. Hola, Laura! You always have such great use of color. I have a quick question for you and your wealth of knowledge. What type of adhesive can I use to adhere vellum to a card so that it doesn’t show through? I made a card and thought the adhesive would dry clear and not show……….WRONG! Please help! Thanks ahead of time.
