SSS-November 2016 Card Kit

nov-ck-638x300Hi there! Just popping in to share a couple of projects I created using the November Card Kit by Simon Says Stamp.
SSS-November Card KitI am in love with this gorgeous Thankful Heart stamp set included in the kit and sold separately. On this card I embossed the sentiment in clear and blended distress inks as well as flicks of water. I used the Stitched Rectangle die to die cut the panel as well as a few pattern papers that come in the kit.
SSS-November Card KitThis next card features another embossed sentiment from the Thankful Heart set along with the beautiful Floral Frenzy embossing folder.
SSS-November Card KitI used small circle punches on several pieces of the pattern papers that come in the kit and popped them up into the centers of the flowers. I also used one of the Nested Circle dies to create a window to frame my embossed sentiment.

  1. I have yet to see a card you’ve made that I didn’t love. But for some reason, these two cards actually took my breath away. You have an inspiring vision for design, white space and color. You surprised and trilled me with today’s cards displaying the simple, elegant and clean look, sense of color, feeling of joy, use of the kit supplies, and sincere & delightful approach to card making. Thank you for you sharing your grace and gifts of being a crafter/artist.

  2. Both of these are so cute but I really love the first one, all the different colors and the off set paper is awesome

  3. Both of these cards are so sweet and so inspiring. Love the extra ideas that the design team shares with our monthly kit. So much added value!
