Hi there! Today I’m excited to join Honey Bee Stamps for their 12 Days of Christmas Event. I am featuring the Beautiful Life stamp set along with the coordinating dies.I embossed several of the heart images in clear onto watercolor cardstock and then blended distress inks in Picked Raspberry, Worn Lipstick, Spiced Marmalade & Squeezed Lemonade. I also flicked some water droplets after the ink blending.
I stamped the sentiment from Beautiful Life and used the coordinating die to die cut it out and popped it up over a loose bed of thread with foam tape. I die cut a circle window into a piece of vellum and stitched it onto the panel to create a soft frame for my sentiment.

Hi there! Today I’m excited to join Hero Arts along with several talented designers to showcase the latest My Monthly Hero December Kit.This month’s kit is all about celebrations! It’s perfect for New Years, birthdays, graduations, etc.
I’ve created a couple of cards using both the main kit’s stamps, dies & gorgeous foil & metallic papers.
For this first card I embossed several images from the main kit’s stamp set in white. Then using nesting circle dies I die cut them out and popped them up to create a colorful, dimension background. I used the “party” die cut for the sentiment.
This next card showcases that gorgeous sunburst die included in the main kit.
I die cut the sunburst into gold foil cardstock, stamped the cheers sentiment and added a coordinating sentiment that was embossed in white onto some metallic blue cardstock.
Hero Arts is giving away one kit as a prize to one blog reader – selected from the comments across all of the blogs in the hop. Giveaway closes Sunday, December 11 at 11:59pm, and the winner will be announced the following week.
is available for a limited time only – once it’s gone, it’s gone!
Kits begin shipping from Hero Arts on Monday, December 12.

Hello! Today I have a festive project to share using the fun Merry & Bright stamp set by Simon Says Stamp.I created a shaker card using one of the Nested Circle dies and Doodlebug pattern paper.
These sweet images are so adorable. I colored them with Copics and added glossy accents to Rudulph’s nose and Enamel Accents to the tree. Then I filled the shaker with lots of Pretty Pink Posh sequins.
I also used one of the adorable papers from the Doodlebug pack to put in my simple white frame(from Ikea). The little mini pom pom garland was just a quick little addition. I threaded some mini pom poms on a strand of thread. I took like 2 minutes and I LOVE it! I bought the mini pom poms at my local craft store. They are just so fun when they are in rainbow order! That’s all for today! Thanks so much for stopping by!

Hello again! Today I have a project featuring the adorable Baby Zoo stamp & dies from Altenew. These baby animals just make me smile and so I added a sentiment from the Halftone Smile set along with the coordinating die.I decided to walk on the wild side and ink up my animals in unexpected colors. I used three inks on each animal to give it that gradient look. The Altenew inks work beautifully for this technique along with the MISTI that help a ton, too.
Here’s a video to show you how I made this card.
Leave me a comment for your chance to win a $30 gift certificate to Altenew…woot!
