Hi there! Just popping in to wish you a wonderful Easter!I made a very quick, clean & simple card before we head out to church and then off to Grandma’s house for dinner. If only my morning could have been this quick, clean & simple, eh? Ha!
It was a miracle, and we’ll most likely be late for church, but here’s a quick pic of my sweet, well sometimes sweet, Easter peeps!
Hope you have a wonderful day!
Paper Smooches projects
Hello there! Today I’m just sharing a few of my Paper Smooches projects using several of the new products that were released in March. This first card uses the Fancy Frames stamp set and coordinating Fancy Frames Icons dies. I stamped the monsters from Little Fella and colored them with Copics.
This next card features the Ahoy Me Hearty stamp set and Ahoy Icons coordinating dies.
I did some partial die cutting to keep the parrot intact using the Ovals 1 dies and blending some some Sea Glass ink in the background.
My last project showcases the Butterfly Duets dies, which are attached to the straws using the Adornments dies.
I die cut the Butterflies onto Watercolor cardstock and then painted them with my Zig Kuretake paints. The sentiment is from the Birthday Sampler set.
That’s all for today! Thank so much for stopping by!
SSS-April Card Kit
Hi there! Today I’m sharing a couple of project created using the Simon Says Stamp April Card Kit.
I’m loving this month’s kit with the neon rub-ons, gold & kraft pattern papers and awesomely graphic & bold stamp set. For this card I simply stamped a row of neon candles and cropped it in the middle for the sentiment.
This next card uses the balloon image in the stamp set along with more neon inks. As far as I’m concerned, neon will never ever go out of style.
I added a thin strip of the gold striped pattern paper to the bottom. I never knew how much I’d love gold, kraft & neon together.

My project features the new Frame 2 die.
I stamped the background using Botanicals 2. Then I die cut the sentiment onto double sided adhesive foam and covered it with Antique Silver glitter. The leave die cuts and splatters were painted using my Zig Kuretake watercolors.
This next little mini card uses the Frame 2 die as well as the We Adore You stamp set. After stamping the owls, I masked them with a post-it and blended in Maliblue ink for the subtle background.
Thanks so much for hopping by!
SSS-Slumber Party

Mama Elephant-Ella & Friends
Hi there! Today I’m sharing another project on the Mama Elephant blog using the Ella & Friends stamp set. This is very similar to the card I made for the March Stampede, but I changed up the elephant and bunny on this one. The way that bunny fit onto the trunk of the elephant was too good to be true, and that cutie patootie umbrella is my favorite part.
Here’s a little video to show you how I created my card using my favorite smooshing technique.

Mama Elephant-Potted Pretties
Hello! Today Mama Elephant is highlighting the new Potted Pretties stamp set with coordinating dies. This adorable set was designed by the lovely & talented Elena Roussakis.
I did some selective trimming with my sentiment and popped up the top and bottom with foam tape. These flowers are so cute! There are several little tiny smiley faces to choose from that you can add to your flowers. I think Elena designs the cutest stuff.
Check out the Mama Elephant blog to see more Potted Pretties projects…whew, say that three times fast:) Thanks for stopping by!
Mama Elephant-Magical Moments
Hi there! I’m back again with Mama Elephant highlighting the new Magical Moments stamp set.I’m in love with the mixture of script & type fonts on this sentiment.
I used one of the Landscape Trio dies to create a mask. I adhered it section by section, blending in inks and overlapping them for a “magical”(<-that’s what I’m telling myself anyways) swoosh-y background. Then, using my craft knife, I carefully trimmed along the top of the swoosh and popped it up aligning it with the existing sentiment. It’s magical, right? lol. Just go with it.

Mama Elephant-Photo Bomb
Hi there! I’m back again with Mama Elephant highlighting the new Photo Bomb stamp set. This is another super fun set. I love that the Polaroid Fun dies coordinate perfectly. I used both of the smaller selfie images and cropped the larger one. Let me ask you a question. Do you love your selfie? LOL! Do you? You wanna know who I’d be if I were in these photos. I’d be the person in the aqua shirt in the middle photo. Yeah, that one, hiding behind the “hi” word bubble. That’s me, right there. That’s how much I love my selfie:)

Mama Elephant-Ella & Friends
Hi there! Today I’m joining Mama Elephant as we highlight the new Ella & Friends stamp set with coordinating dies.
I used the “smooshing” technique that Betsy Veldman taught in her latest Make It Monday video with Distress inks. Absolutely brilliant results using an acetate sheet. How adorable are these Mama Elephant images? I mean seriously, it doesn’t get any cuter than a bunny & elephant blowing bubbles. I colored them with Copics, popped them up with foam tape and that’s the end of that story.
Make sure and check out the Mama Elephant blog to see more projects using the Ella & Friends set.
