Hero Arts Launch Party Blog Hop

BlogHop_600Welcome to the Hero Arts Launch Party Blog Hop! I’m so honored to be joining several talented designers to help Hero Arts kick off their brand new website as well as showcase the awesome new 2015 Holiday Collection. If you are following the hop, then you should have arrived here from the lovely Kelly Rasmussen’s blog.Hero Art-Holiday CollectionThe new holiday release is absolutely fantastic! My first card features the Joy to the World stamp set.
Hero Arts-Joy to the WorldI embossed the triangles in clear and then blended several different Hero Arts Shadow inks. This is my version of a colorful, graphic christmas scene. I trimmed the “trees” out with scissors and then clustered them together and adhering with foam tape. I added a few Sparkling Clear sequins to finish it off.
Hero Arts-Joy to the WorldThis next card features the adorable new Polar Bear stamp.
Hero Arts-Polar BearI stamped him, masked him off & blended in the background using Cornflower Shadow ink. Then I free hand trimmed the snowy hill with my craft knife & added the sentiment using the new Joy Stamp & Cut set. I used Pale Tomato to add color to the die cut sentiment and Copics to color the scarf. I mean, seriously, it had to be a rainbow scarf!
Hero Arts-Polar BearHero Arts will be giving away one GRAND PRIZE $100 Hero Arts shopping spree. The winner will be randomly chosen from all of the blog hop comments received by 11:59pm PST on Tuesday, September 8th. Check the Hero Arts blog for the announcement of the winner. Leave me a comment for your chance to win!
Your next stop on the hop is the lovely & talented Debby Hughes!
