Hi there! I’m excited to be joining Altenew for their November release blog hop!
My first project features the new Happy Dreams stamp set. I embossed the feather image in clear onto watercolor cardstock. The I did some “smoothing” with distress inks and added some tiny black flicks with Gansia Tambi paints.
This next project showcases the gorgeous new Adore You stamp set.
I embossed the blooms in clear and then blended in several different Altenew inks.

I’ve always loved feathers. I’m sure there’s some significance to them, but I don’t bother with that. What a lovely combo of background wash and embossing. The colors on the Adore You card are so bright and cheery. It makes me wish spring were here already. I like the added touch of the cut off side of the oval. Lovely work, as always.
